Why does it matter?

Indoor display offers the broadest planned material and finish selection, with light care for years of enjoyment. A lifetime of display is our goal, not a tested lifespan guarantee.

Blistering heat, direct sunlight and extreme weather require a smaller, carefully selected range. Outdoor builds need material, finish, joint and mounting review. Preview finishes are not confirmed outdoor options.

Explore materials & durability

Extra-thick walls and medium-to-heavy infill are our planned foundation for a substantial, rigid sculpture. Final construction is validated per build. Suitable surfaces can be sanded, primed and repainted.

Colors and materials are exploratory. Final finishes, sizes and availability will be confirmed before ordering opens. No price is quoted in this preview.

What are these made from?

Plastic. Personality. Built with substance. Our skull art is made from 3D-printed plastic, built up layer by layer. Extra-thick walls and medium-to-heavy infill are our planned recipe for a substantial, rigid sculpture.

  • Made for real life. We don’t recommend drop-kicking your skull! Our design goal is art that handles everyday bumps, careful moves and room makeovers with confidence. Toughness depends on the material, shape and construction; horns, teeth and joins still deserve care.
  • Indoor skull? Let your imagination run. Indoor display gives us the broadest palette of color and texture possibilities: elegant bone-inspired tones, dramatic matte black, copper-look accents, shimmering colors or a wildly colorful calavera. Final combinations will be confirmed as samples are developed.
  • Outdoor skull? Still plenty of personality. The palette gets more selective when blistering heat, direct sun and weather enter the picture. We’re exploring weather- and heat-resistant materials and finishes, with each complete build reviewed for its intended climate.
  • Ready for a future remake. Suitable surfaces can be sanded, primed and painted when your style changes. Imagine taking a bone-inspired piece to deep charcoal with bright accent details. Preparation and coatings must suit the specific plastic.

Metallic-look finishes are plastic, not solid metal. Layer lines and assembly seams may be visible. Final materials and construction are being validated; durability and lifespan are not yet guaranteed.

Can I order an eight-foot sculpture?

Eight feet? Now you’re talking. We’re building SkullMade around ambitious ideas, including eight-foot installations. Got something larger or crazier in mind? We’re not afraid of a challenge.

  • Big art starts with a great model. A detailed, well-made 3D file helps preserve the character of a sculpture as it grows. File size alone doesn’t determine how large we can build it.
  • Think in sections. See the whole statement. Large sculptures can be designed as manageable printed sections, then joined and finished into a complete installation.
  • The whole build matters. Material, wall thickness, reinforcement, joints, weight, mounting, transport and the installation space all help determine the achievable size.

Picture a statement longhorn across a great-room wall, an oversized prehistoric centerpiece or a custom installation built around your space.

Ordering and custom requests are closed during this preview. When inquiries open, bring your pictures, rough dimensions and wild ideas. Every large installation will need an individual feasibility review before we confirm production.

Shipping, returns and damage claims

Shipping, returns and damage policies will be published before ordering opens. There are no purchases or delivery commitments during this preview.

Installation and care

Use only hardware validated for the finished sculpture and wall construction. Keep plastic away from high heat and direct prolonged sunlight. Material-specific care instructions will accompany validated products.
